Threat to life: We have started our "threat to life" defence against the Greater London Authority. Facebook blocks against our Church and State website have massively escalated this month (WITH UPDATE 15/4/2018)

Our Church and State website has no less than 40 Nobel Prize winners on it; for details, see this blog's sidebar under "Church and State" (updated today).

Re: Facebook blocks against our Church and State website since 1 December 2015

From my Facebook post's Update 25 March (8.21pm):

"And it's not just Facebook blocks, blocks on public access to our Church and State website, and the daily targeting to fluctuating degrees of category pages throughout the site. Since 26 May 2017, we have been recording Internet cuts to boot; see my blog post of 21 June 2017, Internet cuts: We pay £65 per month for BT Infinity but feel we are in a race against time to stay online (WITH UPDATE 25/3/2018 RE: 181st Internet cut since 26 May 2017). Perhaps of particular importance in all this is the fact that last November Church and State topped more than 3 million hits over the previous eleven months and despite the even then far from level playing field."

25 March (9.36pm): 35 Facebook blocks against our Church and State website since 1 December 2015 (7 days 2015; 58 days 2016; 47 days 2017; 61 days 2018). We are currently on DAY 2 of the 35th block, which runs from 24 March to 1 April; see my blog post of 7 December 2017, Fighting for survival in London: Facebook's 26th block against our Church and State website since 1 December 2015. Last month Church and State topped more than 3 million hits over the past year (WITH UPDATE 25/3/2018 RE: Block 35 DAY 2). 5 blocks in the last three months of 2017 that included 12 days from 28 October to 8 November; 3 blocks last month (15 days); 4 blocks this month (23 days and counting).

37th 14-21 April 2018 (8 days) (ongoing)

November 2017: 16 days

February 2018: 15 days
March 2018: 29 days
April 2018: 17 days (to 21 April)

* All 35 blocks (now 37 blocks) were instituted without explanation save this 30th block, which maintained that everything from Church and State "looks like spam". In addition to these Facebook's blocks, the blocks on public access to our Church and State website also continue unabated; see my block post of 16 January 2017, SITE BLOCKS: The blocks on public access to our Church and State website continue unabated (WITH UPDATE 15/4/2018 RE: 1,138th block since 26 July 2016).

The County Court at Central London and High Court of Justice are both located in the Royal Courts of Justice.

Declan and I have already been forced to sleep rough on the streets of London for almost 4 years in total - from 3 November 2006 to 13 July 2009, and again from 14 April 2013 to 17 May 2014. We expect to be fighting for our lives next month, with no intention of voluntarily relinquishing the home we have made for ourselves. Following an unavoidable run-in last year with a charity the Mayor of London commissions to run some of his rough sleeping services, we are anticipating an all-out fight to keep what we've got without the threat of a notice to end our tenancy week in week out from mid-May. (The two-year fixed term of our tenancy expires for the second time on 16 May.) Declan has successfully dealt with damp in walls and ceilings to help him effectively manage his asthma. We have also furnished and decorated the flat. It came with absolutely nothing save a cooker and fridge (not even curtain rails). This is a snippet of Declan's "threat to life" defence against the Greater London Authority for the High Court (Judicial Review) in the Royal Courts of Justice this July:
Declan never had a case against the Greater London Authority-commissioned charity in the County Court at Central London, Royal Courts of Justice?

... It took the scheduling of a preliminary hearing in October 2016 to have both case notes rectified as I had requested all along; and that rectification only took place after a failed attempt by an international firm of solicitors, Osborne Clarke, to have my claim struck out on the papers. The judge at the preliminary hearing dismissed St. Mungo's application to strike out my claim for compensation, and District Judge Avent's order dated 11 March 2017 does not state why he dismissed the claim.

A difference of opinion as to wording?

Paragraph 23 of Declan's Witness Statement dated 14 November 2016.

23. Still to this day, I do not know the service to which the staff action/intervention "Signposted to another service" referred. No mention was made of the action note in St Mungo's Defence, notwithstanding the extraordinary lengths I had gone before the defence was filed to highlight the seriousness of blatantly retaining data that was false, fabricated and without meaning (vague to the point of having almost any kind of interpretation).

20 February: The Central London County Court: District Judge Avent dismisses Declan's claim against the Greater London Authority-commissioned St Mungo's that alleged the falsification and fabrication of data against us (WITH UPDATE 16/3/2017)

Declan has a history of serious respiratory illness. He was not only diagnosed with asthma before we came off the streets the last time, but he has suffered bouts of pneumonia and other respiratory infections since childhood. He had last rights performed two times when he was a young boy, the first when he had double bronchial pneumonia. We both seriously doubt if he has the respiratory health to survive even another year or two on the streets. He was hospitalised twice with respiratory illness whilst we were homeless, the first time with pneumonia. Before that first hospitalisation, he lost consciousness while vomiting and could have easily died had I not been with him; see my blog post of 21 December 2006, Chelsea and Westminster Hospital: Declan is hospitalised with pneumonia and discharged unwell back to the streets no more than 42 hours after admission.

And it's not like everything is plain sailing with our flat either, even though we are housed by the Mayor of London's Clearing House service with one of the oldest and largest housing associations in London (Peabody Group). We haven't even been able to secure our accommodation from misconduct by HM Revenue and Customs staff; see my blog post of 27 October 2017, Home Department: Complaint to the Home Secretary against the Independent Police Complaints Commission. My appeal against the HM Revenue and Customs investigation of serious misconduct is simply being ignored (WITH UPDATE 28/10/2017). And Newham Council have twice suspended our housing benefit because the Department for Work and Pensions repeatedly informed them that our circumstances had changed when they had not; see my blog post of 8 August 2017, It is our narrative going forward that we are being harassed even by HM Revenue and Customs. The Department for Work and Pensions has our Housing Benefit twice suspended by repeatedly claiming we have vacated (WITH UPDATE 11/8/2017). We're well used to thuggery from the Department for Work and Pensions. They were the ones who made us homeless the first time by terminating our unemployment benefit because Declan did not sign on two days before he was actually scheduled to do so, and then ignored all his subsequent letters of complaint, including three to then Secretary of State for Work and Pensions John Hutton; see my blog post of 11 December 2006, Judge Walker refuses us permission to apply for judicial review to have our unemployment benefit reinstated by the Department for Work and Pensions. We've been homeless on the streets of London for five weeks now.

All we can do with my complaint against harassment by HM Revenue and Customs is use what I have written to the Home Secretary as a High Court exhibit to fight the seemingly almost certain non-renewal of our tenancy this May. We will also use the Department for Work and Pensions and a witness statement from St Mungo's to show that such a decision by St Mungo's Clearing House is unreasonable, unlawful and incapable of legal justification (thereby appropriate for judicial review proceedings against the Greater London Authority). We will also be using Facebook's massive escalation of blocks against our Church and State website for the same purpose (23 days this month and counting). And also Declan's recent complaint against National Health Service (NHS) England; see my blog post of 25 January, Complaint to NHS England CEO Simon Stevens: What's next with Declan's dental treatment for a now-erupted tooth? (WITH UPDATE 12/3/2018). This double-barrelled complaint against NHS England will feature prominently in both our High Court action and our case to openly battle any eviction attempt that might be made against us (free legal aid notwithstanding). We will be raising our serious concerns about the health care Declan got or didn't get in health care settings over the years.

UPDATE 15 April (11.12am): For sure we will be using Facebook's recent massive escalation of blocks against our Church and State website to show in High Court papers that our situation is unquestionably vulnerable - and potentially perilous. I have been taken out by them again 14-21 April, and, as usual, without explanation; see my blog post of 7 December, Fighting for survival in London: Facebook's 26th block against our Church and State website since 1 December 2015. Last month Church and State topped more than 3 million hits over the past year (WITH UPDATE 15/4/2018 RE: Block 37 DAY 2). That's 77 days this year; 29 days last month; and 17 days so far this month (to 21 April).

UPDATE 15 April (cont.): We have never been under any illusion about the formidable power the Greater London Authority has in any court in the Royal Courts of Justice, even by association with a charity or social cause. We are also mindful that we were made homeless the second time after we were evicted from our previous flat in March 2013 because according to our then live-in landlady's ex-husband, Dr Nigel McKenzie, a consultant psychiatrist in Highgate Mental Health Centre, our flat was needed for somebody with a mental illness. Former MI5 whistleblower David Shayler also lived with human rights activist Belinda McKenzie in the same political 'safe house' for a couple of years until 2007. According to BBC Panorama, Shayler "caused the biggest crisis of official secrecy since the spy catcher affair"; he was jailed for seven weeks in 2002 for breaking the Official Secrets Act. It's unfortunate that Shayler declared himself the Messiah in 2007, became a squatter, and was subsequently ridiculed in the press for changing his name to Delores Kane. A New Statesman article published in September 2006 featuring Shayler and Belinda gives no indication that Shayler believed he was the Messiah at that time; whilst a Daily Mail interview with him the following year reveals he believed himself to be Jesus by June 2007. He has never regained his normal self.
The Esquire article below* is mentioned in a Guardian article dated 27 March 2012. It's an eye-opener, highlighting the monitoring and surveillance that Shayler had to live with back in 2000, and the contradictory briefings and slanders that were coming out of the British establishment and the media. The author, Dr Eamonn O'Neill, is a lecturer in journalism at Strathclyde University.
