Bedroom Leak - Housing Ombudsman Service provides us with a case reference number (Case ID 201415749)

Part 1: Bedroom leak first reported to Family Mosaic Housing Association on 25 September 2014: Will we have to wait another 5 months for the repair of a 5-foot fracture over our heads?

We have been waiting over five months for our landlord Family Mosaic Housing Association to resolve the issue of our bedroom leak, which became a 5-foot fracture over our heads last month. This morning Declan requested that statutory compensation be added within the resolution process, as a follow-on to this update email yesterday to the Housing Ombudsman Service:

Thank you all for all the support you have given us, and I hope we can keep our Church and State website going despite the constant threats.

Update: Housing Ombudsman Case ID 201415749: Our housing association landlord tells Declan to wait up to two weeks for a response to his email of 13 March requesting a proposed date by which it is aimed to resolve our bedroom leak issue including statutory compensation
