Dear Mr Cowie,

Further to my e-letter dated 20 October 2016. I have this afternoon spoken with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Unfortunately, it takes the ICO up to six months to close 90% of their cases, therefore it is not an option by way of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Time is of the essence now that my revenue mail to the mailbox I rent from MBE King's Cross has been frozen by HM Revenue and Customs because Royal Mail does not have a proper address for the King's Cross location on its database.

Would you have an ADR proposal that will prevent litigation?

Yours sincerely,

5 October: Will it take the Independent Police Complaints Commission to protect Declan's accounts with HM Revenue and Customs as they stand today?
