Complaint about a reading that doesn't match the read history on account.
From EDF Energy Customer Services:
"Thank you for today's call. Following our conversation, I can confirm that the read that you provided us on 20th of October 03705, runs in line with previous readings received and that the reading 07123 taken by our meter man is incorrect. I trust that this satisfies your query and I have closed your complaint today."
At least our Housing Benefit has been reinstated by Newham Council (see previous blog post).
