Declan's appeal against possession order has gone to court listing office for a hearing
Our live-in landlady is human rights activist Belinda McMcKenzie. This morning Declan learnt over the phone that his appeal against the court's granting Belinda a Possession Order with effect from 1 November has gone to the court listing office for a hearing.
Declan is asking the Circuit Court to set aside (ie cancel) the possession order because it is unjust as a result of a serious procedural irregularity in the lower court proceedings. This is his appeal:
