This is the latest image in MediaFire not appearing in this blog. The blog post is titled "Peabody: The appalling terms of tenancy on offer. Today Declan is working on a pre-action letter to Peabody CEO Brendan Sarsfield under the Human Rights Act 1998 (WITH UPDATE 17/05/20)"

I have had to upload this image to an alternative place. It is another of my images in MediaFire that is now not appearing.

3 May: Peabody: The appalling terms of tenancy on offer. Today Declan is working on a pre-action letter to Peabody CEO Brendan Sarsfield under the Human Rights Act 1998 (WITH UPDATE 17/05/20)

Newham Council update

On 6 May Declan received a Reminder email letter as an attachment from Newham Benefit Service: "This is a reminder that you have not supplied the evidence required for your claim update as requested on my letter dated 28/02/2020." No cover email was provided, just the attachment from Benefits@newham.gov.uk with (no subject) in the subject line. Page 2 was completely blank and Page 3 was a Reply Checklist Form. Declan had never received their letter dated 28/02/2020. On 7 May Declan provided them with what they asked for on page 1, having asked the day before to be informed if there is other documentation they require. Newham Benefit Service has already twice suspended Declan's Housing Benefit because of erroneous notifications from the Department for Work and Pensions that he had vacated. This Reminder also registers in his pleadings against Peabody: "There is also a question over the payment of the benefit next month" (see Particulars, para. 2). This question remains unanswered in any concrete manner.
