Declan gives up on email blockage and converts this unformated character reference into a formated PDF for a senior circuit court judge. It completely and utterly discredits the Mayor of London-commissioned St Mungo's smear documentation against him in particular

In the Matter of: Mr. and Mrs. Declan Heavey
To whom it may concern:
After my wife, Sarah G. Epstein and I had the pleasure of meeting with the Heaveys in London almost 10 years ago at the suggestion of Mr. William Ryerson, a long-time colleague of ours, who heads an important NGO here in the US—see his vita below—we were most impressed with the prospect of working with them.
Since then there have been numerous occasions for us to work with both Declan and Lola on a variety of issues. In every case, we have been so impressed with the punctilious work they perform, always on time and always as agreed.
I could not imagine working with people for whom I could respect and trust more. As a result, we have endorsed them to many other colleagues who have reported similar experiences when working with the Heaveys.
As for their temperament, I can applaud the forthright manner in which they have judged questions I have posed and from which I have personally gained insights that have proved professionally helpful to me and others on numerous occasions.
Should inquiries be made as to their reliability I can state with assurance that they have shown complete honesty in all dealings we and the colleagues we have referred to the Heaveys have had with them.
I would welcome the opportunity to confirm personally what I have stated above. For inquiries, kindly email me at this address.
Sincerely,
Donald A. Collins, Sr.
