Dear Ms Palfrey,

Re: New Tenancy Terms

I have tonight received your stage 1 response dated 7 September 2020 through the Housing Ombudsman Service (please see attachments).

Please treat this email as my request for information to make a stage 2 complaint.

Your letter suggests a reiteration of Rosealeen Sogunro's email of 27 May 2020. It remains my contention that Peabody's apparent ongoing insistence that I have been offered a tenancy "like for like as requested" confers an obligation on you to produce such a document. Instead, I have been previously falsely accused of not signing a like-for-like agreement and continue to be provided with assurances that are not reflected in the new tenancy agreement.

I am currently not protected from a 'no fault' eviction. Despite your apparent assurance that no action of this sort will be taken, my legal position in respect to Section 21 possession poses a 'threat to life'. It also has a destabilising effect on my tenancy and inhibits my and my wife's ability to exercise our rights.

Please can you provide me with the information I need to make a stage 2 complaint within twenty working days of receiving your stage 1 response tonight?

Yours sincerely,
